Candida Cleanse Insights

I’m on day five of the Candida Protocol. And I have to say that I’m glad that I’m doing this because I programmed this for clients. I never knew what a candida cleanse felt like. Now that I do, I have much more sympathy for you all trying to get rid of your candida.

Coconut Pancake Recipe

Anyways, I wanted to give a recipe for the candida coconut pancakes because I tried those last night. And they’re good. And you can even have them if you have an egg allergy, which I do. I subbed the eggs out for arrow root and then that helps them stick together.

The recipe is:

  • four egg whites
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • a half a cup of coconut flour
  • two teaspoons of lemon zest
(I didn’t do lemon zest and they still tasted good.)
  • one teaspoon of baking powder
  • a half a teaspoon of Stevia
(I did much more than that because I wanted them sweet.)
  • one tablespoon of coconut oil
  • and a pinch of salt

I threw that all in a blender and then I poured the pancakes on my skillet. Now, so you know, they take a little bit longer to cook if you don’t have the egg in there. It’s going to cook a little longer because it’s more liquid. But you have got to try them. And I’ll try to keep you guys posted on some other good recipes. I could eat those all day. Anyways, I hope you guys are doing well. Remember, the symptoms that you have worsens from trying to kill off that candida. So your symptoms will be worse before they get better.

Effects of Candida Overgrowth

For me, symptoms of candida overgrowth have been swollen joints, a little headache, stomachache, and gas. Know that’s all normal and it will go away soon the longer you keep taking the supplements to kill off the candida.

For example, for many years she told herself she wasn’t smart enough to make it through school to be a nutritionist. Our minds are powerful and Jen wants to help everyone break through that roadblock to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
