Meal Prep Ideas
People keep asking me what kind of foods I eat on a regular basis. So I thought that I’ll give you like a couple of meal prep ideas.
Mashed Cauliflower and Lean Ground Meats
I do cauliflower mashed potatoes. It does spice up everything. I’ll put it in my meat to give it some flavor. But, what you want to do is I buy it cut-up. It’s easier. So, I’ll cook it. And then I’ll put it in my blender. Blend that up. I add a little bit of butter, salt, and pepper, and that’s it. And the consistency is like mashed potatoes. It’s delicious. See that?
Cauliflower mashed potatoes are good with everything. So, that’s one of my favorites right now.
My other favorite thing to do is to take lean turkey or lean ground chicken and combine that with a 93% beef. And I cook that up. You know, if I prepare it, keep it in the fridge. Then, I never go hungry and reach for stuff that I’m not supposed to have. Instead, I have better options all ready to cook.
