Mineral supplements are a key step to lose weight and feel great. That’s all we want in life. Especially as a busy mom, we always forget to take care of ourselves. So, if you don’t take care of yourself, how will you take care of the kids, right?

You have to put yourself first. I know how hard that is. But mineral supplements help make that a bit easier. You don’t have to do much. I like a liquid mineral named Vital Earth. Also, I should note that I don’t sell products. I hate that so I don’t do it. So if I tell you I like something, it’s because I actually use it myself.

How To Start Your Day

So to start my day I make a shake every morning. Tons of greens, mineral supplements, collagen powder, and bone broth protein. I want to start my day with a good balance of nutrients to fuel my body for the day. And that’s what minerals do.

Mineral supplements will give you energy. Also, they will increase your metabolism. This is because mineral supplements fuel the cells in the body. They help transport fuel to the cells. So we need them.

Some common questions I get about minerals are:

  1. Can you eat foods with minerals in them?
    Yes, you can.
  2. Can you eat enough food to get the proper amount of minerals?
    No, unfortunately, you can’t.

Be the Best Parent You Can Be

So you have to supplement your diet with minerals. Whether it’s liquid mineral supplements like I use or in a pill form. Either option is fine.
