Protein pancakes are simple and delicious. Also, they’re an amazing way to fuel your day. We all need those quick meals we can whip up when we’re hustling from one task to another. Here’s all you need to know to make these yummy protein pancakes.
5 Easy Steps
All it takes is a banana, almond/peanut butter, and an egg. It’s really that easy! Take all of it and toss it in your blender. Then, just heat it up like you would a regular pancake.
Here are the 5 super-easy steps to make these:
- Take a whole banana and put it in your blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter.
- Add 1 whole egg or you can take the fat down a little bit and use 1 whole egg white.
- Blend that in your blender.
- Pour the mixture into your pan like you would a regular pancake.

They protein pancakes aren’t very pretty, but they’re delicious. Also, once you get really good at it you might toss on some berries (if they fit in your nutrition plan) and end up with results like this picture (mine look closer to the ones in my video – still, pretty close).
